The Lifetime outdoor shed is a stylish storage solution. It never needs painting and it comes with shelving and peg strips so you can find what you need, when you need it. This attractive Lifetime outdoor shed keeps your garden equipment organized and handy. Constructed from UV-protected high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic with powder-coated steel reinforcements, this Lifetime outdoor shed is built to weather the storms. It requires very low maintenance--designed with a high-impact polyethylene floor that is resistant to stains and solvents, and an exterior surface that can simply be sprayed down with a garden hose for routine cleaning. Made in the USA from US and imported parts. Covered by a 10 yr. limited warranty in US and Canada.Compatible with our 8 ft expansion kits. Not compatible with the Lifetime Snow Load or Extreme Weather Kit.

Consult local building codes before assembly. This shed must be built on a flat level foundation of wood or concrete (not included). It is designed with a slight indentation in each corner of the floor so that you can drill through the flooring to secure it to the foundation. Anchoring hardware depends on the type of foundation you have and is therefore not included in the shed kit. Not including the installation of the foundation, you can expect assembly of the shed itself to take 2 adults up to 6 hours.

For more information about assembly, read the Owner's Manual Sample and watch our helpful video on How To Build A Lifetime Shed. (Components will vary between different models).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Shed! Pros:"very attractive","Roomy","Functional" Cons:"Leaky windows","Complicated instructions" Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. Be sure to do an inventory of PARTS BEFORE putting this shed together. We started to assemble and discovered we were missing a couple of parts. We contacted Lifetime and they were great, we had the missing pieces within 5 days and we live in Canada! The shed took a full day and 1/2 to assemble. We had 3 people (one on instructions and 2 doing the actual work) as suggested in the instructions. It went pretty well. Would have been very difficult with less than that... more would have even been better. At times we found the instructions complicated. The part #'s do not always match the instructions or the parts list so that was very confusing at times. That being said we did manage to get thought it and we are NOT HANDY people. We have been using the shed for a couple of weeks and we love it. The only issue we have had so far is the wall windows (not the sky lights) will leak water with a hard rain and the wind blowing right in their direction. We are going to try chaulking them to try and rectify that. Very attractive, roomy and fuctional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant building!! I bought this nearly 3 years ago and it has been excellent, I use it as my outdoor gym and it was one of the few buildings I could find in my price range that had the necessary head height to allow overhead pressing. I have had no issue with water leaking in other than up through the floor (which is of my own doing) but one issue I now have is the back wall is slightly bowed. However, the building is still in excellent condition and I have no doubt a little remedial work would have that fixed no problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 10 X 8 Model 60001 Lifetime Shed Is A Great Shed This was the summer of sheds, tearing down 2 old ones, replacing with new plastic sheds, etc. I had two sheds to install, both from different manufactures and this is how it all stacked up.The first shed was an 8 X 10 Lifetime shed model 60001. I got it up in a day, all the offers for help never happened so I did it alone. Took maybe a bit longer, probably12 hours or so. Instructions were okay, a few things were a little abstract and vague but in the end run understandable and able to follow. Done its up and it’s a wonderful shed, looks great, quality is above par. I learned a few tips along way if you’re interested. Silicone caulk the skylights, all of them from the inside, silicone where the wall panels meet the floor to keep surface water from coming in, and seal the floor panel connection joints. Where I live rain is no joke, it rains probably 9 months of the year here and things will leak if a person doesn’t seal and seal more. Next thing I learned don’t be afraid to call Lifetime support, they are amazing! They forgot send a few parts, called them and it was there in a few days. I also needed a little help understanding what a few parts were for as they weren’t listed in the directions. Can’t say enough about the support, knowledgeable, polite, courteous, ‘great’ really sums it up.Now shed 2, ugggh! It wasn’t a Lifetime shed and all I can say is…,ummm, well it’s up. I only ordered this one because it was the right size that I needed for the pad I was installing on and there were only two available sheds that would fit the pad size. So during my two week adventure of being a plastic shed one minute expert I learned that the Lifetime shed was light years ahead with respects to quality, ease of assembly, aesthetics, directions, you name it. I never called support for the second shed. Sadly the second shed is the ugly duckling of the two sheds. Fortunately I won’t be putting in anymore sheds for a very long time, but I will recommend Lifetime sheds for sure. One thing it’s still dry here, waiting to see when it starts the never ending rains if they stay water tight, keep you posted.
